Curcumin: Common Spice or Cutting Edge Medicine?

With over 1,500 world wide medical research articles currently in print it is apparent that modern medicine is catching on to the benefits of Curcumin and what it could do for us! Much of this research has been performed by some of the best know medical institutions in the world. In addition to in-vivo and in-vitro studies of Curcumin showing potent anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative qualities, research of late has been focusing on Curcumin's role in disease prevention.

Here at Haldi we believe strongly in "Living the Prevention Lifestyle" and that what we drink can play a very important role (good or bad) in this area. Hippocrates said it best many centuries ago "Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food". The evidence of Curcumin's role in possible disease prevention is rapidly increasing and instead of us telling you all about it we have developed tools below to help you see it for yourself.

The links shown below come mostly from NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information) and PubMed which is a service of the U.S. National Library of Medicine. Some articles are the full version, most are abstracts which contain the highlights and conclusions of the studies being performed. We wanted to provide the actual studies so that you could read the science for yourself. These articles also show what country the studies have been performed in from the United States, England, India, China, to countries in Europe. New studies are coming out frequently we will do our best to keep you updated as they become available. Please remember that these articles are for informational purposes only and are not intended to circumvent the direction of your physician.
