What information do we collect? How will it be used?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing & shipping address(es), telephone #, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
You are ordering over a secure web site and your personal information will not be shared or sold to any other agency or individual.
How do we protect customer information?
When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. All customer information entered is protected against unauthorized access.
Will your information be disclosed to outside parties?
No! Haldi, LLC does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable agencies, but these statistics do not contain any information, which may be used to personally identify our customers. We may release account information, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, or others.
Shipping
Shipping within the Continental United States
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours (excludes weekends) via ground delivery unless you specify otherwise. Allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery (delivery time does not include the 24 hour processing time). For assistance please contact Customer Service at 1-866-586-3341 between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST.
Ground Delivery Rates
* Delivers in approximately seven to ten business days or less.
Order 1 to 6 units = $3.99
Order 7 to 12 units = $4.99
Order 13 to 18 units = $7.99
Order 19 to 23 units = $8.99
Order 24 or more units = FREE SHIPPING

Returns
At Haldi your complete satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, your expectations are not met, simply return your purchase and we will gladly replace it or refund your money within 30 days of purchase.
